Our Case worker will contact you within 24hrs of your submission to schedule an initial phone interview.

ADMISSIONS APPLICATION

Please take a moment to review and complete our pre-screening admissions application. This will allow us to access your needs ahead of time to know how we can further assist you on your journey through Sobriety.

Complete Pre-Screening

INITIAL PHONE INTERVIEW

After you've submitted your Admissions Application, our Case Manager will contact you within 24hrs. Please be on the look out for our Call.

Phone interview should take no longer than 30mins.

IN PERSON INTERVIEW

Our In-Person interviews take place after you've successfully submitted your pre-screening admissions application and have had your initial phone interview with one of our case workers.

Our in person interviews take place at our Sober Living Home in Los Angeles California. This process usually takes on average 30-60 minutes to complete. Please have the following documents on hand upon arrival.

* Identification Card or Drivers License

* Pilot Program paperwork (if applicable)

* Printed out copy of your Pre-screening Admissions Application.
